Security Deposit ****

<p>&nbsp;I rented a place from the owner of Harcourts Central, Sello Matlejoane from August 2015 to February 2016. As an estate agent I trusted that when I gave him notice of vacating the property on the month end, he would know that he needs to refund me. To my surprise I called him 20 days later for him to tell me he has forgot. He then promised to pay the deposit by the end of March which he did not do, so I spent the whole of April calling him, sometimes even 3 times a day. Where he will claim to be on his was to deposit or to be away on the Bundus. The interesting part is that he claimed to have transfered the money through EFT a weeks after he claimed to have no access to a bank.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A month went by without a deposit then he sent an SMS saying he will deposit on the 4th of May because debit orders took all his money the day he promised to deposit. The weekend of the 6th I called him more than 10 times, each with him claiming to be on his way or a problem he encountered at the bank. I am so sick of this unprofessional men who has viewed me as uninformed about security deposits. I hope no one finds themselves in the hands of his bad business dealings. It has left a bad taste in my mouth!!!</p>
