Muizenberg Poor communication and lack of urgency when it’s time to refund our damages deposit that was certainly paid on time. There were never any issues with communication until it was their time to pay us back . Once they eventually gave us our deposit it was less than half the x2 month deposit because they overcharged us for almost everything just to make money. Charged us an Outgoing inspection fee that was never stated in the lease agreement and charged a ridiculous R3500 for cleaning and painting even though we had already spent money doing all that .
