********s, ******, *****, could care less.. Run run run away to avoid chronic stress.

All I can say is that Alida Susdorf and Leigh McLean are ********s. To this day I am still waiting for a refund of money that was incorrectly deducted from rental money for 2 months. The blatant disrespect of Leigh, telling me to "come say that to my face" when I requested, we only communicate in writing. Since October 2022 I have been trying to get my money but currently given the run around. Alida even admitted to having made an error last year (see attached image) but that is currently being looked over. I have escalated the matter to the board of directors, including the CEO but to this day, they have done nothing nor said anything. They refuse to account for the error nor provide me with proof that contradicts the proof I sent them. My suggestion, run far far away from Harcourts, the headache they have given me is not worth it
