Rude Property Agent Ann O Gorman HARCOURTS ROODEPOORT

<p>What a terrible ordeal with Ann O Gorman from Harcourts Roodepoort!! She has no manners at all, the first time she called me she was very pushy over a house a showed interest in. The house is overprized and has been in the market for quite some time now. I made an offer and she told me that my offer is insulting and that she would not even tell the seller about this offer! Why is it then called "offer to purshase"? I made an offer, and then the only one who was insulted was ME!! I know the house and the area's worth, we are now buying a house that is cheaper which offers a lot more that the house i contacted her about and it is a mere 2 blocks away from that house, same area. So to me it is obvious that she was more scared about losing money than trying anything else, she could have just told me in a nice way - maybe you should offer more - which i was willing to do, but after her rude behaviour and words towards me I will not even be considering dealing with her or harcourts ever again. Why is it called an offer to purshase if you insult the people making an offer instead of just telling me its too low?? Worst most rude agent of the year award goes to you!!</p>
