RETENTION OF PART OF DEPOSIT PAID FOR RENTED HOUSE.

Dishonest. No joint inspection of the house that was being rented was carried out. This is for reasons best known to the real estate agent. When the lease was about to end, suddenly there were bank charges introduced for cash deposit. Never mind that this had not happened before in all the time the house had been rented. There is a 3000 amount deducted and unexplained--and this is after days of asking (and being fed false stories) about when the deposit was to be returned. Please, be warned. Harcourts is trouble.
