Renting a house whose prepaid meter doesnt wor****

<p>My brother in-law, mother in-law and his daughter moved into a Boksburg North home yesterday. Just to find out the houses' prepiad meter is ****ed beyond the word, my wife and I tried different banks to load the meter with no success. When we're trying to phone the landlord or the agent who did the deal for the unit they ignore us flat. They dont give a ****, they already got their money for the month.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I dont get back to us soon then I'm going to make sure you guys remember my name.</p>
