Rental deposit

Harcourt Olympic property management. We have been renting one of there units in Helderwyk villas, we had no issues with paying their rent on time. When we 1st got into the unit no one was there to check the unit it was move out old tenant and we move in with the unit being filthy, we notified then off all the breakages, and they only attended to them after a year. Of which they only sorted out the painting and the to main doors that need painting as well. But the rest of the doors went fixed , the was a broken shower door of which we complained countless time about it but it was never fixed and this caused damage to the bathroom door cause water from the shower was hitting against it. Now we have to pay for it. Then there were no globes in then unit. Of which we had to get out own that too we have to pay for. The carpets were not cleaned when we came in . That too we have to pay for, and when we got to the unit. We were tols our deposit will be invested and will come back with intrest, well it came back 80%less . I've contacted, Simiso, Steven even the boss Carlo's about this issue all we get is will call you back or will try and sort it out. I left the the unit end of August but we still haven't received even R1 of our money back. Now they busy taking that little thats back causes of 377 that we owe for August of which we clearly told them to take it from the deposit. ********** thats their contact details, my contact details ********** 384
