Property still not built and deposit kept

We signed a contract with developer in 2013, with a trail of emails on progress, either no response was sent or the terms of the contract were changed. Firstly 9 months after breach of contract the agent responded to my email saying that we had to reapply for a bond as the developer had raised prices. I gave them an alternative with a preferred builder but never received any response in regarding my suggestion, a few days ago I send though an email after another 6 months requesting for feedback only to get the response that the contract between us and the developer has been cancelled. 1. The developer is in breach of delivery of the property with was due on over a year ago 2. We have not been notified of the cancellation thereof 3. The transfer attorneys have not notified us of our deposit refunds 4. The price has been raised by R300K and apparently only sold for cash which is not part of the plans we have signed for.<br> <br> Harcourts agents are unprofessional with horrible customer service. After all the inconvenience caused through all these months of alternative living and giving them an opportunity to improve, we want them to fix the issue by yesterday.<br> <br>
