Poor to none client service.....

I had a appointment with one of their agents to view a house i came all the way from Potchefstroom to Klerksdorp and the agent did not even show up. When i tried tocalled her a couple of times the phone was swiched of. I even tried to phone one of the other agents and my call was simply just ignored. Only when i left a unhappy whatsapp message the lady rep**** with she was busy and she would look in to the matter and get back to me. Its been a week now and still no reply. Refilwe Sibanyoni and Adel Krugel you guys have absolutely no idee how to look after clients. I will never make use of Harcourts ever again.
