poor service from agent

We have recently purchased a property through harcourts and the agent was Euenda Du Randt. Upon registration she was supposed to get the property fixed before handing the keys over to us as she was fully aware of the problems. When we finally got registration the property was not fixed as promised. We gave the agent a grace period of two weeks abd still nothing was done. Finally we got the attorneys involved and she said that we refused to accept the property keys. When everything was finally fixed we as customers of harcourts had to drive all the way to the attorneys to fetch the property keys and the compliance certificate which I felt was unfair on our side as it was the agents duty to bring the documents to us in future I will not deal with harcourts again if this is how they treat customers that want to purchase a property. The agent does not take our calls and she has not bothered to check if everything was fine.
