Poor Service
My first tenant moved in Nov 2015 and paid rent and deposit, however in Dec 2015 he did not pay rent and Harcourts Hibiscus kicked him out which resulted in a break in over the holidays. When I asked about the deposit from Nov 2015 I was ignored. A second tenant was placed in mid Jan 2016 and I decided to fix the alarm system we had at the house fixed, to make it safer. End of Jan 2016 the tenants did not pay rent. I asked Harcourts and they claimed it was because was because the alarm is not fixed. Chubb has tried to reach the tenants so they can fix the alarm thus enabling the tenants to pay rent but strangely both tenant's cells are always off. I did request to be part of the process in deciding who moves in however I was ignored. I have had enough and bills are being ran up but no rent is paid. I'd like both tenants deposits and the current one to evict the house and I will manage my own house.

Harcourts had such a promising start however I think it's time the relationship was terminated. I have to post this here because nobody responds back to me.
