Poor Outgoing Inspection on my Property

hi <br> <br> I had my property on rental through Harcourt's Amanzimtoti, the tenant vacated the property on 31 January 2015. once the tenant had moved out the consultant Jana Luit did a sub standard final inspection of the property and advised all is in order. I went to the property and found that the inspection was flawed and sent an email detailing all the issues on the property. they have acknowledged but there are dragging their feet on getting the repairs done. <br> <br> please assist in getting the repairs asap. this is dragging on for over a week now.
