Poor management skills, breaches contract, overcharged!

Absolutely disgusted and dissatisfied with the service received from Harcourts in East London! Definitely DO NOT recommend that you rent a house managed by Harcourts in East London!! They overcharged us ridiculous amounts for water despite us having proof we didn’t use that much. The agents are rude and only reply to messages when it suits them. The agents are terrible when it comes to knowing information about the property they manage. They breached our contract in multiple ways!! Contacted head office about complains and minimal was done to resolve our issues. Will definitely not use Harcourts in the further and will not recommend them to anyone!!
