Poor Customer Service (Harcourts Gauteng, Jhb & Surroundings)
Can't seem to get the basics right. No response to website queries (Harcourts Jhb). Old ads are still shown as "available" on their website, wasting a person's time when enquiring. Queried a property in Sunninghill and got the response from the agent "no longer available", with no further information or assistance on any other relevant properties that I may be interested in. Thanks for nothing, @ Khanyi Mazibuko
