Pathetic Service or at least no service from Harcourts Edenvale agents

After finding a listing of a house being advertised to rent in Edenvale on 14/01/2021, I tried to contact the two listed agents to view the property. The agents - Sandi and Ronan not once answered their phones, never returned messages, nor did the receptionist at the office give either of them the message that I had left for them to contact me. Subsequently I got hold of Ronan on the morning of 20/01/2021 only be told that the lease had just been signed before he answered his phone. The service is **********, no feedback, no communication at all!!! I have subsequently now missed out the opportunity to lease the property due to very useless service where 2 agents just didnt answer their phones... NEVER deal with Harcourts ever!!! If the agent cannot answer your call in connection with a property, imagine what it would be like if you had to lease through them and had an issue....? You would be left dead in the water.
