Outstanding Money

We made our Hartenbos property available for vacation accommodation by using Harcourts, in the month of December 2014. <br> <br> There is an amount of over R10 000.00 still owed by Harcourts. <br> <br> Myself and my wife visited the branch at least 3 times in January and was promised every time that the money will be paid. Since then we have attempted to contact both Karin, the realtor, as well as Ben, the branch manager, multiple times by email and phone. All this was unsuccessful and the money is yet to be paid. <br> <br> Karin admitted that money was owed by Harcourts and yet our phone calls, lawyer letters and emails are ignored. The ethnical values of this co-operation saddens me greatly.
