Not taking responsibility for bad service

I hired a town house from Harcourts-Mondeor, I paid them the double deposit they demanded and paid them their rent mid-month, they failed to pay the body co-operate the levy and electricity, I come back home 4 days later after a holiday and there is no electricity, my groceries are rotten and they(Harcourts-Mondeor) refuses to take responsibility and reimburse me for my loss instead they point fingers at everyone. I am disappointed and it saddens me that I am receiving such ********** service. I will never make use of that agency and am warning everyone that if they want agents who pass the buck then they should use Harcourts Delta in Mondeor, South of Johannesburg
