Not getting our deposit back

We app**** for a new development in Boksburg - Fish Eagles Estates. <br> Upon application in January 2015, we were informed that building would start and units would be completed by November 2015 for the second phase and that a R5000 deposit would secure our unit. <br> <br> We had paid over our R5000 deposit but noticing that no development was taking place until now, and our unit would clearly not be ready in November , we had no choice but to cancel our purchase. The agent informed us that the purchase was cancelled but our constant request for our deposit of R5000 is being ignored. <br> <br> Since the beginning we have had poor communication from Harcourts as to what was happening with the building of the units and i find it unacceptable that our request for our deposit is being ignored. <br> <br> If this continues we will have no choice but to take the matter further as they are *****ing our money.
