Non payment of rental income from Harcourts Rental Ballito

I need to share my frustration. I purchased a property from Harcourts and was advised there were no rental issues with the tenant. Property was on an existing lease- Lease being held with Harcourts Rentals Ballito (Franchise). The tenant was in arrears but has subsequently made payment for June, July and August 2019. To date I have not received rental payments from Harcourts Rentals Ballito. I received empty promises from Harcourts Principal Agent - Cornelia that payment will be effected, to date nothing. It is the 12th of August and I am sure the rationale is to earn bank interest in their banks account. This is so unprofessional and *****s the brand of Harcourts from a ********* practice perspective. Kindly resolve asap. I also notice this is the second report on Hellopeter on a similar issue with a previous client.
