No words for this company

I see alot of complaints with Harcourts. I received an email from head office telling me they will assist me but I am still waiting for assistance after I already emailed them the details they asked for. Not even a reply informing me that they are working on nothing just complete silence. Must say customer service is very poor and the clients or potential clients are not taken serious they help who they probably feel is worth helping and giving a good service too.
