NO SERVICE AT HARCOURTS.

I entrusted Harcourts with my property as a rental agent. Due to bad service and not managing the property. The Agent(harcourts) allowed tenants to accrued arrears currently sitting at over R35k. We sold the property now and week on week I'm following up with them. I've even made contact with Harcourts CEO of SA. With little if not no progress after months of follow up. I was told that I will get feedback every 2 weeks, that's the turn around time for a complaint they provide. If I dont try and make contact with them I'll surely never get back. I didn't even want to rate a 1 star. ABSOLUTLEY THE WORSE SERVICE EVEN. I dont know what they busy with but one thing is for sure no urgency.
