New Developments With Harcourts and Tripoint

<p>I have recently engaged in a new property development with Harcourts and Tripoint Developers. The experience has been horrible.</p> <p> </p> <p>They made a committed date of 1 February. All owners told them that the date is not possible, yet they insisted. </p> <p> </p> <p>1 February came and they had to carry a man in a wheelcair up the stairs, because they were still way off and the lift was not ev en functioning.</p> <p> </p> <p>No owners, not one was happy with the experience. All the units was horribly completed and needed fixing after being developed. My unit is STILL not done and I have tenants moving in 1 March.</p> <p> </p> <p>The developers also skimped on security. Only two weeks after the development was completed, 5 places were looted for goods.</p> <p> </p> <p>The lack of communication and professionalism was unbelivable. My unit's hindges in the bathroom, a brand new develoment, was rusted! I asked them to fix the barrier on the balcony which is loose due to a broken brick. This is two stories high, and they cover it up by patching a brinf in front with cable tie.</p> <p>No integity, no professionalism, lack of communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have spoken to Harcourts CEO, Riaan Maritz a few times whom apologies, but we are still not much further.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would reccomend anyone to never do busines with these companies. It has been really horrible.</p>
