NEVER RENT PROPERTY THROUGH HARCOUTS!!!!! NEVER
THEY ALLOW LANDLORDS TO BREACH CONTRACT BY NOT MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY AND WHEN YOU LEAVE THEY MAKE SURE YOU GET AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE FROM YOUR DEPOSIT. I AM SITTING NOW WITH OVER 50% OF MY DEPOSIT BEEN HELD TO REPAIR THINGS I DIDNT KNOW OF AND THAT I REPORTED WHEN I MOVED IN AND WHERE NEVER FIXED...BUT GUESS WHAT MY EMAILS AND COMPLAINS FALL ON DEATH EARS!!!
I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
