Misleading Marketing and Lack of Transparency from Harcourts

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Harcourts. I believe they falsely marketed the property I purchased as having a heated pool, which turned out to be disconnected. This crucial detail was not disclosed during the sales process, nor was it reflected in the mandatory property disclosure form.

It is my view that this constitutes negligence on their part, as it is the responsibility of a property practitioner to ensure all material facts about a property are accurately represented and disclosed. Advertising a "heated pool" without clarifying that the heating system was non-functional is misleading and unacceptable.

I expected transparency and professionalism from Harcourts, but this experience has left me feeling misled. I urge others to proceed with caution and ensure thorough inspections and confirmations when dealing with this agency. This lack of accountability is a serious concern that needs to be addressed.
