Mafia’s of properties

We went into a lease agreement on 1st Sep 2021. We had an agreement with the agent Heleen that we would have a rental for 3months and the longevity of the contract will depend on our mining activities.

The agent agreed… we signed a contract We informed Heleen on the 21 November that we wound be cancelling our contract. We paid for December and moved out on the 4th December and handed keys over.

Upon our request for our deposit, the agent sends us from pillar to post. She agrees with us that we had a discussion concerning 3month tryout, but because she’s a Mafia… the tells us we signed a contract and we are liable to the contract.

She says our deposit is to pay for January’s rent. This lady is a mafia, agree with us just to go back on her word.

My company(employees) and I will never us this leasing company Hartcourt ever.
