Insulted after requesting a lease

Recently I heard of a coffee shop for sale. I was very interested in it. I have received money after selling a property and I am looking to reinvest that money. I met with the agent and he was arrogant from the start. I don't know if he didn't take me seriously because I had my father and my small baby with or if he is just rude. He immediately took offence when I said the selling price was too high for what the business offers. After going through the financials I decided that I wanted to buy this business. I then messaged him for a copy of the lease. He said a new lease will be negotiated and it bears no relevance. My response was that he is wasting my time if he thinks a lease holds no relevance. What happened after that was unprofessional, disgusting and completely uncalled for. I have all the messages he sent to me. He called me a rude silly insignificant little girl. He told me he will not be doing business with me or communicate further with me and that I am not the type of client he wishes to have. He says he doesn't have to tolerate me and that he has won so many awards. How dare he insult me? Is this how I get treated when I want to spend a very large amount of money?
