<p>I asked Harcourts to put my house up for sale. An appointment was made with Willem Bam. The appointment was cancelled but the agent still came to my house while I was in bed after an operation. He took pictures of a dirty house and put the add on property24 for 1 million Rand knowing that the amount was totally too high. I followed up via email and was told by him that I will not even get R800000.00. I want to make potentional sellers aware of this kind of practice which is bad for sellers and not to mention the agency. </p>
