Horrible Client Service

Fifth Wheel, Sidelined & Unpleasantly Surprized...at my own cost!!

My husband and I stay in Magaliesburg from where we run a non profit for horses. We need to relocate and had a week prior to Sat 3 Aug, arranged with agent at Harcourts North West, Adri Venter to view 2 properties in Koster and Swartruggens respectively - both nearly 2 hours drive away.

Imagine our surprize when we arrive at Koster to find that other potential buyers will be joining us...To whom the pin location had clearly been sent as opposed to us, who were required to meet the agent at a petrol station.

We already then indicated that we were not comfortable with the arrangement. To add insult to injury, when taken around the farm perimeter - I had to travel with the 2 agents and the other two prospective buyers in the same vehicle...and listen to their discussion on land claims and how many cattle per hectare...whilst only a Kiepersol tree was pointed out to me.

I have never felt so humiliated and sidelined in my life! I had to get out of the vehicle and be shown around by the farm manager , a lovely gentleman , but surely not in his job description.

It cost us Time and Money to be away from our Sanctuary...just to be met with surprizes and treated like second rate citizens.

Please do not use Harcourts North West for our property needs. They chase money only and do not care for customer service at all. Embarrassing and a waste of time and precious funds.
