Harcouts Olympic - Unprofessional behaviour

I made an appointment for the 21/08/0219 at 11H00 with one of their agents (Viginia) to view a unit in Ormonde view estate. She called me to confirm the appointment the day before the set date and sent me the address as well. On the set date i went to Ormonde view estate as agreed arrived on time, told the security gaurd that i came to see Viginia for viewing and i was told to wait cause she doesn't have a phone with her as it was on a charger in the guard house. A security personnel was sent out to find her but came back without her as no one could locate her in the property. At this point i contacted the office number and i was told that they will get back to me and so i must wait while they trying to get hold of Viginia. Few moments later they called and told that they still trying to get hold of her, pleaded with me to give them time while they sorting this out, so i waited. 45 minutes later i tried to call them back to find out if they can't send someone else to help me but to my surprise the number wasn't going through anymore. I call their principal dealer Mr Carlos left a message on his voicemail and to date no one has contacted me back. Its unbelievably that such unprofessional behaviour still exists in this day and age.
