Harcourts/Rentalsdotcom/Tergro are dishonest

I have rented a shop for almost 3 years through Harcourts. Izza de Beer is the agent I dealt with and now that I need my deposit back I get referred to Dee-Anne and Mario from Rentalsdotcom/Tergro which clearly has no interest in refunding my deposit, since I received an email regarding new ownership since January 2024 which I have no interest in. Strange that I have been paying the rent into the same bank account from 2022 until 2025. Their company transformation does not concern the tenants who paid their deposits when it was required. I have read many bad reviews with dissatisfied clients. If there are other people with the same issue, we need to stand together and go straight to the media. These ****s need to be exposed. I will also report them to the ombudsman, PPRA and go to small claims court if necessary and they can be exposed on the Dezi show or Carte Blanche at least.
