They do not vet any tenants and use *****luant documents for tenants that they want you to lease your property too. Once the squatter is in they do nothing to remove the person. And acyually advise the squatter that we as a Landlord cannot do anything to remove him or make him pay. WHAT A BUNCH OF *******. It took us 6 months to remove the squatter that Hartcourts put in and who did not pay us. Nothing was done when the squatter was running a brothal and damanging our property!
