HARCOURTS - VERY BAD SERVICE

I entrusted Harcourts Alpha with my property as a rental agent. Due to bad service and not managing the property at all. The Agent(harcourts) allowed tenants to accrued arrears currently sitting at over R35k.that is after me follow up with them monthly regards increase Municipal bill.This caused account to be handed over and still no urgency showed. We sold the property now and week on week I'm following up with them. I've even made contact with Harcourts CEO of SA. With little if not no progress after months of follow up. I was told that I will get feedback every 2 weeks, that's the turn around time for a complaint they provide. If I dont try and make contact with them I'll surely never get back. I didn't even want to rate a 1 star. ABSOLUTLEY THE WORSE SERVICE EVEN. I dont know what they busy with but one thing is for sure no urgency.
