Harcourts unsolicited marketing tactics violating peoples privacy
I suggest you stop your unsolicited marketing strategies immediately. You have no right or reason to have access to my personal contact details or home adress to force your marketing down my throat. If I want to sell my house I will approach you (well not anymore), and ask for your services. Don't force it onto me and contact me without my permission with personal contact details and information you probably obtained through questionable means. Tell your real estate agents like Herman De Lange to respect peoples privacy and find a better way to do marketing that probably does less reputational damage to Harcourts. Owners in our complex were targeted by his marketing strategies this morning and an overwhelming majority of people reacted very negatively towards this and towards him and Harcourts because of this. This is not how you deal with your target customer base, this is how you loose their respect for you.
