Harcourts' Total Incompetence

I rented my house out with Harcourts because I got a job in the North West.I unfortunately had to come back home because I got a better job near home.I gave Harcourts a month notice. The agent Daniel, gave me the run around. He later told me I could not move back into my house because the tenants have a contract and they had breached the contract, which is a lie.His manager threatened my wife with legal action. They told my wife the tenants can stay there as long as they want because they have a contract. The tenants had not paid deposit, which was in the contract. We only received rent five days after the agreed date and the contract clearly states that these should not be breached.1 month notice expires today,I have no place to stay and I am being bul**** by Harcourts. If anyone wants to rent out their property,I advice you not to use Harcourts,
