Harcourts - there has never been service

I moved into a property advertised by RentalsDotCom in Lambton, in March 2015. I have never had any pleasurable service from this entity. In my understanding, a tenant should not be in contact with the Landlord, as the rental agency acts as a intermediary between the two parties. I only get an electricity account through Harcourts every 3rd month when I complain about either my electricity going to or has been disconnected. Although I ask for accounts continuously, no-one in Harcourts takes the responsibility to sort out this frustration. They have told me that I must sort this out with the landlord as I had a prior arrangement with him which is not true. My entire account at Harcourts is in a mess as I pay Ekurhuleni directly and for some reason, they are putting the debits and credits on my Harcourts account as well. I seem to be paying the property tax as well. For months I complained about no maintenance being done, when I refused to pay rent, it was sorted out. These people are a joke and should not be running a business when they are just collecting money for no service delivery. My threats of reporting them to renters tribunal falls on deaf ears.
