Harcourts Ridiculous Contract

I rented a property in Brentwood Park in Plumstead. When i signed my contract nothing was thoroughly explained in terms of exiting. We unfortunately signed the papers because it was told to us its the basic terms in the contract. When leaving the property before the lease ended, we had to pay for the outgoing inspection which i dont think is legally correct. Also we had to clean the carpets via a company Harcourts knows, so no quotes were given to determine the cheaper quote for me to pay. I did the advertising, saw the possible tenants as well. The only thing Harcourts had to do was do a credit check, and i know the clients they did not want or even consider due to the owners demands. I have read on the legality of all of this especially the outgoing inspection cost. I need someone from the head office of Harcourts to contact me regarding this. The owners literally have paid for nothing not even the outgoing inspection which to me is ridiculous. I do believe they should have cleaned the carpets as well as this is their property and not mine. They also did not want to give the 2 sets of keys to the flat, \JUST INCASE"."""
