HARCOURTS RHINO

I have signed a mandate with Sibusiso Sibeko who works as an agent for Harcourts Rhino on the 09 Feb 2019.On Monday 11 Feb 2019. I decided to call the agent and told him I want to cancel the mandate and he told me to speak to his manager by the name of Nicky Ross.I explained to her that I want to cancel the mandate because I want to take the business to another Real estate agency,then she told there was no problem and said I must send her an email because it has to be in writing.Before I could send an email,she sent me one to say they will not continue with selling of my house. On the 12 Feb 2019 I received an email from Nicky saying I can't cancel because his principal says so.I responded to that email by reminding her that she told me I can cancel and its in writing. A few minutes later her principal(Lous Barbosa)rep**** with a very long story denying my cancellation and overlooked the fact that Nicky Ross told me I can cancel.I'm being taken for a ride and its not fair.I don't want to do business with them anymore and will never ever.I want them to stop marketing my house as Nicky agreed.
