Harcourts reneging on R2500 for listing with them

I was driving in Bryanston and i got the paper for listing with Harcourts and get R2500. i have done so and given Harcourts my business on my old house and it was sold by Russell ***) in Benoni to this day, the promised R2500 has never been paid to me and i get stories of a back log as business is booming for Harcourts.Harcourts made a promise they are not honouring to this day. I have received phone calls stating that it will be paid and i will be phoned, like all its just a promise nothing ever comes into effect. So my question is one simple and easy. When are they gonna pay me the R2500 as they committed OR should i just consider it as the normal and usual South African hoax system to lure potential clients? Thats all !!!
