Harcourts Principal using other agency to rob people on Harcourts name

Harcourts has scethcy agents who open their own agencies and using Harcourts esign. RAK Properties principal Hercules Schoombee is working under Harcourts. We have a lease agreement with RAK properties. The clients who falls under his Harcourts Solid Rock data base gets treated good, the clients that falls under RAK properties gets ****** of their money and when they take it up with him we get told we are drunk and dumb and trying to not pay our rent, which we can prove we have paid without them sending documentation.
