Harcourts Non Payment of Tenant Deposit

I have been renting from a flat in Glenwood from 2015 and I have moved out December 31st 2020 due to that I bought a home. Harcoarts (Morningside Durban) have not paid back my deposit, it now 5 months since I have moved out. I have wrote to the Office Manager (Ingrid) asking about my deposit number of times but till today she have not answered. Harcoart when it time to pay back the deposit will just ignore you and I left their property in good condition, there was nothing broken or needed them to take my deposit. Very Disappointed never even missed payment for rent and their conduct have left a bitter taste in my mouth.
