I received the poorest service and attitude from agent, Tanya. Not only is she a "Karen" but also unprofessional. On viewing the rental property she did not disclose the administration fee due by me the renter, this was only brought to my attention when I got the initial invoice. She then went on to send me numerous text messages from FICA which were ****, claiming to have black listed me. Before I even signed the lease. Im not sure if she is aware of the implications of her **** message, I can sue her for misrepresentation which would bring the entire organization in disrepute. She needs a huge attitude adjustment.
