worst service ever !!

i moved into a property managed by harcourts last year

i should of known the service was bad when the day i moved in the agent told me they cant come do the property hand over as she is moving . the old tenants and i not knowing what to look out for signed off the hand over . then my house had huge leak issues and sent out emails to agents to come fix. i got promised month after month and when i went away December my house got flooded and ruined my belongings. after months of empty promises i eventually gave notice to move out sooner then i wanted to as i loved the property. when i got my deposit back they came with all these different charges . a marketing charge after they stuffed up!! it takes them 2 weeks to reply and new tenet already moving out after a month . now i will be taking this legal .
