Harcourts is the worst rental agent

The worse company to rent from.

It was my 1st year renting from Harcourts in Viking Village in Kraaifontein. Never will I make use of them. I'm a single guy with no body corporate fines. Harcourts inspected the property every 4 months and the inspection came out very good and property well looked after. I gave Harcourts 2months notice that I will not renew my lease as it came to an end. In the 2 month notice period they came and inspect the place twice with no faults. On the day I excited the property, I'm held liable for a dirty roof (insect spots, roof to be repainted) , call out fee, a dirty stove, administration fee, amounting to R2250, which is half of my deposit.

Please avoid harcourts when looking to rent, you will be worse off..
