Harcourts is only about the money

We had troubles with Harcourts Cape Gate/ Dunn, our realtor which did not resolve even after meeting with her. We then escalated this matter to the manager Charl Kuffner who told my husband "I don't have time for this bra" and was unapologetic, unprofessional and rude via telephone.

My husband ended up micro managing our property which we paid them to do! So what a waiste of money, they are very happy to take your R1000 every month but won't do as your mandate states they will do nor do they act professionally toward their clients.

I don't know if this is a racial issue, a class superiority issue or if Charl Kuffner just treats all their clients like that but neither option speaks well about the business.

I would highly recommend Vera Denmore at Pam Golding in the Kulsriver area. She was so kind as to assist us (even though they don't do rentals) with advise and recommendations after all this horrid chaos.
