Harcourts hides defects when selling a property
Worst experience ever as a buyer and tons of faults and defects not mentioned on the OTP document, now I am sitting with all the expenses to repair. Also, on the Harcourts website, they themselves mention a lapa and what is needed once someone sells a house with a lapa, to date, I still haven't received this document and thus my insurance premium has sky rocketed. I never received all the keys, the walls have rising damp, the roof is leaking, the lapa was not treated with fire retardant and the lapa does not have a certificate, as needed, as per their website. A drain was blocked, the gutters were blocked and the pool was green. I will stay away from this company. Be aware if you are a buyer or a seller, but especially if you are a buyer as they hide all the defects
