Harcourts George can not be trusted
Don't use this letting Agent, they have not refunded my deposits and ignore all my emails

That is correct after almost six weeks and eventually contacting the Real Estate Board, the matter was resolved.
It was very disappointing that Harcourts , which has a national reputation, deals with refunds in such a poor manner.
I hope that Harcourts carries out its own internal investigation to insure that the correct and ethical processes are followed going forward.
