Estate agents do not treat consumers with dignity. We dealt with an agent who just wanted to make commission and as soon as all the paperwork was done, he didn't even stick around to ensure that everything was fine, Avoids our calls, doesn't reply our emails.

Everything that he promised was just a lot of empty promises and he can't make an effort to even direct us to the right person/people who might be able to help us with information we need
