It has been a couple of month snow and Harcourts still refuses to pay. I have approached the RHT and the PPRA but neither of the bodies gives a ****. Harcourts can do what they will without retribution as they know that all the governing bodies are slap gat and do not do their elected and paid for duties. Shame on you.
