03 May 2021, 15:04 It seems you might have misunderstood or not hear me this morning. The property being sold is not in dispute, the FOR SALE sign, a month after is. Can we try our best not to deflect from the agent's tardiness once again? Are we in agreement that the SOLD board you so clearly mention should have replaced the FOR SALE BOARD by now??

Dear Mrs Taylor I trust you are well. Please be advised that we have received your Hello Peter review and as per our telephonic discussion this morning, please note that I have also spoken to our agent and I have asked her to please place a Sold sticker over the For Sale board and she will do so at her earliest convenience. Also as discussed this morning, the agent is allowed to place a sold board outside the property once the bond has been granted as per clause 18 of the offer to purchase… Mrs Taylor I need to ask you to kindly explain to me what is the concern that you have regarding the For Sale board and the fact that it doesn’t have a Sold Sticker on it and how does it impact you negatively and what merited the negative review on Hello Peter? When the fact remains that the property has been successfully SOLD due to you obtaining a bond grant and therefore you have fulfilled the suspensive condition on your offer being clause 2.1 (bond finance.) Also the property is no longer on the property portals and the property is not being actively worked or advertised and no further buyer appointments have been made/conducted since the approval of your Bond on the 7th April 2021, the Bond attorneys and the Transferring attorneys are both working on having the bond and the property transferred into your name. Dear Sharon
I trust you are well. I believe congratulations are in order due to you obtaining a 100% bond grant on the property you just bought and that Mercia Miles from Ooba played a huge role in making that possible. I would also like to take the opportunity to say thank you very much for your business as we really do appreciate it! Especially in these difficult times. However it has been bought to my attention that you do have a few concerns regarding the service received form our agent Leigh-Anne who I believe was the listing agent in this transaction. I would love to set up a meeting with you to discuss and address the concerns that you have regarding the agent involved – I unfortunately cannot address the concerns you might have regarding the buyer’s Agent Shani as she works for another company.
I am available on Monday the 12th April at 9am to meet with you, alternatively again on Thursday the 15th April at 2pm in the afternoon.
Kindly let me know which of those two dates and times would suit you best?
Again thank you very much for your business, wishing you a wonderful weekend.

Good morning
Good morning
Did you expect me to go to your office?
I appreciate you taking the time to consider my diary and availability.
I requested to see a manager on the 1st already before and after spending over 2 hours in Std bank Boksburg, coordinating with Merencia from the home loans dept, so I guess, yay Mercia for getting approval the very same afternoon?
I must be missing something as Mercia Miles was extremely placid regarding my application, it was only after I lost all sense of decency on the 31st of March that some real effort was given. Are you aware that there was a period of nine days of no follow-up on my application? I give better service than that, so it should go without saying I expect better too.
Why was a bond originator required if I requested that my application be made to Std Bank only? I find your mail rather patronizing and bias, especially at this late stage. As earlier stated, a week later than what I requested. Your agent was so kind as to even refuse to tell me from which office she operates?
Any meeting or discussion regarding my purchase would be futile don't you think? What would be accomplished? Will it undo the total lack of service from both agents, will it erase the brutally rude voice note Leigh-Anne sent to Shani regarding "my" judgment and refusal to extend the OTP? Will it soften the blow of the heritage lesson given to me by Leigh-Ann on Shanis' name? I'm surprised to see you use the name Shani, as I was informed it was Shandre? Not much time was spent on processing my paperwork but somehow they managed to spend so much time on everything irrelevant to my purchase.
I again had a very simple request yesterday, and I'm not surprised that I'm still waiting for an answer. At least there was another voice note, but very similar to a poor golf swing, it lacked follow-through.
It's pointless dealing with Harcourts.
It's pointless dealing with Shani Jordaan
It disgusts me to know that they earned a 6% commission on this sale for doing nothing, they should be ashamed.
In conclusion, nothing will change the unpleasant experience I had during this purchase.
