I am very dissapointed with the agent zwelithini khumalo who assisted me in selling my propoerty, when we 1st met he made us have confidence in the fact that he knew what he was doing. The things discussed with him on our first meeting he never followed up until after the house had been sold. We trusted him but he then started hounding us with calls and now is threatening us with legal action because he didnt know that if you leave the complex the stove is part of common property. Which no one made us aware of. His lack of communication is now making us regret selling our house through him. I feel like he took advantage of the fact that we werent sp clued up about property sales. Now he got his moey, which was a lot and doesnt care anymore. Hence hes treating us the way he is. I dnt think i ever would refer anyone to harcouts. Because the agents lack transparency. They
